Just a quick note to let our customers know that we’ve recently updated our business bank account details.
If you have saved bank details set up for us, please could you update these at your earliest convenience. To help with this, please note that our previous sort code ended in ** ** ** 27.
Our new bank details will be shared directly with you via email, and will also appear on our invoice emails and PDF invoices going forward.
For verification purposes, our new account has a:
Sort code ending ** ** 71
And account number ending ** ** ** 24
Our previous account will remain active for a short period to ensure a smooth transition, but we’d really appreciate all payments being made to the new account from 16th April 2026.
If you normally pay via the debit/credit card option in our invoice emails, or via PayPal, you don’t need to do anything differently.
And if you ever receive a request to send money to a new account, provide access to your own logins, or anything else that doesn’t feel quite right, please always feel free to contact us directly to confirm before taking any action.
