What is your late payment policy?

We understand that from time to time, situations can arise that affect payment. If you think you may be unable to pay an invoice on time, please let us know as early as possible, before the due date, so we can discuss this with you.

As a responsible business, we pay our suppliers promptly and ask our customers to do the same. Our payment terms are clearly shown on our invoices and form part of our Terms & Conditions.

While we always aim to be fair and flexible, we do have policies in place to protect our business, our team, and our other customers.

If payment is not received in full by the due date, we reserve the right to:
  • Suspend technical support services
  • Pause any ongoing or scheduled work
  • Withhold website, domain name or other transfers until all outstanding balances are settled
  • Reallocate any other payments you have made
If invoices are paid late on two or more occasions, we may:
  • Require payment in advance for any future work
  • Review and adjust our pricing to reflect the additional administration and risk associated with late payments
  • Restrict payment methods to bank transfer only
If payment remains outstanding one week after the due date, we reserve the right to:
  • Restrict or remove website editing access
  • Temporarily suspend the website until payment is received in full
  • Apply statutory late payment interest and compensation in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
If payment remains outstanding one month after the due date, we reserve the right to:
  • Suspend or permanently remove the website
  • Disable domain names, email accounts, and any associated services
  • Initiate debt recovery proceedings

In certain circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, take earlier action where we consider this necessary (for example, if we have reason to believe your business has ceased trading or may be unable to meet its payment obligations).

This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.
