While no hosting provider can realistically guarantee 100% uptime forever (even the giants like Google and Microsoft occasionally experience outages) we are proud of our long-standing reputation for reliability and the transparency with which we report our performance.
All websites are independently monitored by a third-party service, with checks carried out on our hosting every few seconds. This provides an accurate, impartial record of our hosting performance throughout the year.
For customers on our Enterprise hosting plan, we also provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA), which includes compensation should uptime fall below agreed service levels.
