We run an automated, full-page check on your website every five minutes to make sure everything's in order. If not, we get alerted and we'll be straight on the case before things escalate. We'll also send you a report of any downtime issues.

Visitor stats

A free visitor analytics report can be emailed to you every week and each month, so you've got a quick snapshot of your website's key metrics, such as the number of visitors, the most popular pages, and where they came from.

Questions & answers

What's the length of the plan?

We invoice for our WordPress maintenance plan on an annual (12-month) basis. At the beginning, we'll spend some time getting used to your website, seeing how it's been setup, what the different plugins are doing, and checking its health.

Do you update my premium (paid) plugins?

Yes, absolutely. For us to monitor and update these premium plugins, just ensure you have an active licence with the software makers. If your licence isn't available or runs out, we'll normally notify you, so you can take action.

Do you only maintain WordPress websites?

Yes - sorry we don't maintain any other types of website. For the past fifteen years we've put our all experience and knowledge into managing WordPress websites!
